肘關節位置對雙手舉物肌力的影響

Arm Lifting Strength in Different Elbow Positions

摘要


本篇研究主要在評估肘關節不同姿勢下,對雙手舉物肌力的影響。80名在校大學生做為受試者(男、女各40名),量測受試者體重、身高、手長、腳長等人體參數值,利用FET 5000評估測試系統做雙手舉物肌力測試。 每位受試者雙腳站在相同位置,肩膀保持自然下垂,內收貼身,前臂外旋,雙手上舉握把依肘關節彎曲30°、60°、90°、120°等四種位置做測試。 結果顯示:與論男、女在肘關節彎曲90°時的姿勢,雙手舉物力量平約值最低;男性在120°最高,女性在30°最高;在四個不同肘關節彎曲的位置,舉物肌力測試平約力量值在統計學上有明顯的差異性。此外,性別和體重對雙手舉物肌力值有明顯的影響。這些資料的建立對於從事勞力工作,產生骨骼肌肉系統傷害者,可以提供評估未來重回工作崗位和復健治療效果的參考。

This study investigated the effect of elbow position on arm lifting strength in 80 college students(40 males and 40 females). For each subject, anthropometric data such as body weight body length along with the length of upper and lower limb length were measured. A Force Evaluation & Testing. system (FET 5000) was used to measure the arm lifting strenth in the four testing positions. For each of the tests of lifting strength, the subject stood with the shoulder adducted and forearm supinated while wrist was held in the neutral position. The four arm lifting strength tests consisted of positions in which the elbow was flexed at 30°、60°、90°and 120°. The results showed that the highest mean arm lifting strength was recorded when the elbow was positioned at 120° of flexion for males and at 30°of flexion for females. Both groups had the lowest arm lifting strength score with the position of 90°elbow flexion. The arm lifting strength measured with the elbow at 90° flexion was significantly lower than other positions(30°、120°) . In addition, arm lifting strength differed significantly for both sexes and for body weight. The finding and data base establishment are valuable in the evaluation and rehabilitation training of patients with musculo skeletal injuries.
