中美物理治療專業期刊關鍵詞之探討

摘要

本文就1980至1997年美國物理治療雜誌及1983至1997年中華民國物理治療雜誌出版文章之關鍵詞及題目，做一整理分析及比較，以比較國內外物理治療專業期刊研究之重點，中華民國物理治療雜誌在1983至1997年包括原始著作、病例報告及總論則共有255篇文章，計有755個關鍵詞，在這些關鍵詞中，最常出現的前五位依序為物理治療、膝、復健、脊柱及半身不遂，以目前健保物理治療給付項目來分析，儀器部份最常見的關鍵詞為電刺激（5次）及短波（5次），而徒手治療關鍵詞部份則以運動治療及鬆動術（3次）出現最多；自1980年至1997年，刊登在美國物理治療雜誌之文章，包括原始著作、病例報告及總論，共計有1572篇，關鍵詞6717個，其中物理治療、肌肉、一般、運動、測試及測量為關鍵詞出現次數最多的前五名，而在與健保給付項目與儀器治療相關的關鍵詞出現最多的為電刺激（99次），第二則為超音波(15次)，而與徒手相關的關鍵詞則以步態訓練（7次）出現次數最多；而若以文章題目中所提到探討身體部位方面分析，膝部則為國內外物理治療期刊最常出現的部位，在國內期刊其次為肘部，在國外則為背部，因此，依據資料統計分析結果顯示國內外在研究重點方向上仍有一些差異，而美國在不同時期之研究重點亦有不同，本結果可提供國內外兩個代表專業期刊研究方向及重點，以供國內物理治療專業人員參考。

The key words of published articles in Journal of American Physical Therapy(PT) and Journal of Physical Therapy Association of Republic of China (JPTAROC) were analyzed and compared to understand the emphasis and trend of these professional journals. There were 755 key words and 255 original papers appeared in JPTAROC since year 1983 to 1997. The 5 most frequently studied key words were physical therapy, knee, rehabilitation, spine and hemiplegia. When the key words were categorized according to the present health insurance payment system, electric stimulation (5 times) and short wave (5 times) were appeared most frequently in modality treatment. However, in manual treatment, therapeutic exercise (3 times) and mobilization (3 times) were studied most frequently in JPTAROC appeared as key words in JPTAROC. There were 6717 key words and 1572 original papers appeared in PT since year 1980 to 1997. The five most frequently studied key words were physical therapy, muscle, general, exercise, and tests/measurements. When the key words were categorized according to our present health insurance payment system, electric stimulation (99 times) and ultrasound (15 times) were appeared most frequently in modality treatment. In manual treatment, gait training (7 times) was studied most frequently in PT indicated as key words. Knee was the area seemed to be studied most frequently in both JPTAROC and PT. According to our results, There were some differences in the research areas between PT and JPTAROC which can provide references for physical therapists.
