再生粒料裹漿技術及其應用於水泥乳化瀝青混凝土鋪面績效之研究

Technical Development and Performance Evaluation of Cement Emulsified Asphalt Concrete with Pre-Coated Recycled Concrete Aggregate

摘要


本研究係經由強化粒料性質及強化黏結料性質兩方面著手,除探討利用裹漿材料包裹廢棄混凝土再生粒料(簡稱裹漿粒料)之技術外,並探討裹漿粒料應用於水泥乳化瀝青混凝土之鋪面績效。本研究首先利用灰關聯分析評選出裹漿粒料之最佳方案,然後以裹漿粒料全部或部分取代天然粗粒料,依馬歇爾配合設計法以水泥乳化瀝青膠漿作為黏結料拌製密級配瀝青混凝土,進行間接張力強度試驗、浸水馬歇爾試驗、浸水剝脫試驗及車轍輪跡試驗等,以評估裹漿粒料對水泥乳化瀝青混凝土鋪面績效之影響。研究結果顯示;裹漿粒料因表面附著一層緻密之裹漿材料,具有修補再生粒料表面微裂縫及補強再生粒料表面強度之功能,而提高再生粒料抵抗壓碎與磨損之能力。灰關聯分析結果顯示;裹漿粒料最適漿量及最佳漿質以爐石水泥漿裹漿厚度0.25mm拌製之裹漿粒料為最佳方案。若以最佳方案生產之裹漿粒料取代天然粗粒料,並以水泥乳化瀝青膠漿作為黏結料,拌製水泥乳化瀝青混凝土,則可增進粒料間之互制效果,而提升水泥乳化瀝青混凝土之穩定性、強度及耐久性,並提高瀝青混凝土之鋪面績效。

This paper discusses a technique of coating aggregate surface with slag cement paste for further improving physical properties of the recycled concrete aggregate (RCA). Effects of surface-coating thickness on mechanical strength and durability of pre-coated RCA (PCRCA) were investigated. The method of gray relational analysis (GRA) is presented to determine the optimal surface-coating thickness of RCA. Cement emulsified asphalt concrete (CEAC) mixtures incorporating 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% PCRCA by volume as a coarse aggregate replacement were prepared. Laboratory tests of indirect tension, stripping, and permanent deformation were evaluated by two-factor analyses of variance (ANOVA). The aggregate test results show that physical properties of the PCRCA can be enhanced by coating a layer of slag cement paste, as compared to that of the uncoated RCA. The GRA result indicates that the optimal surface-coating thickness of RCA is 0.25 mm. The laboratory test results show that improvements in the mixture performance were due to the improvements in the binder strength and aggregate quality, respectively. The results of the ANOVA demonstrate the types of binder and aggregate has a significant effect on the mixture performance. Through SEM observation, it is show that the slag cement paste can improve the microstructure of the RCA.
