校舍隔間磚牆增設複合柱補強現地試驗之研究

Study on in Situ Test of School Building Retrofitted by Adding Composite Columns onto Partition Brick Walls

摘要


全國校舍數量龐大,且耐震能力堪虞,補強工法需經濟有效。本團隊提出隔間牆增設複合柱補強之構想,以複合柱前、後夾住隔間磚牆。為完整呈現老舊校舍真實之材料性質與施工品質等狀況,故藉由待拆校舍增設複合柱補強,再進行單向側推試驗,以驗證本工法於實際校舍之補強效益。試驗規劃未補強試體與複合柱補強試體,由試驗結果發現補強試體在強度上提升0.65倍、韌性上提升0.32倍,且當屋頂位移比達5.47時,複合柱補強試體仍未倒塌,顯示補強效益甚佳。此外,未補強試體之主要破壞於底層,而補強試體之破壞則分散至頂層,有效將弱層現象減弱。複合柱補強工法不需拆除門窗,減少廢棄物產生,故複合柱補強為一經濟、有效且環保之補強工法。

Lack of seismic performance is a common problem for a large number of the existing school buildings in Taiwan. Development of effective and economical retrofit method is a stringent issue. Retrofit method by adding composite columns onto the partition brick walls has been proposed. In this paper, the feasibility of the proposed method was verified by in situ pushover tests of two real school buildings without and with retrofit. With retrofit, the maximum base shear strength of the school building increased by 65 and ductility by 32. Moreover, the school building with retrofit did not collapse even when the drift ratio of the roof was as large as 5.47. The damage of the school building with retrofit was distributed between the lower and upper stories. Because no windows and doors have to be demolished by the proposed method, it is an environment-friendly, economic and efficient retrofit method for seismic upgrading of the existing school buildings.
