應力波技術應用於預力樁完整性檢測之評估

Evaluation of the Stress Wave Techniques on the Prestressed Concrete Piles

摘要


本文透過現地實體原型預力樁試驗,比較音波回音法、脈波反應法與平行震測法於基樁完整性檢測的能力。試驗結果顯示,三種方法都能夠有效的檢測出樁之近似長度,但音波回音法較之脈波反應法,具有較佳的缺陷檢測能力,而基樁中之非對稱缺陷似乎較對稱缺陷容易被檢測出。另外,平行震測法的長度檢測會隨著鑽孔與基樁間的距離增加而增加,在採用樁長修正後,可以得到較為保守的評估樁長,檢視文獻上所發表的兩種樁長修正方法,顯示其均具有降低檢測誤差之效果。

This paper investigates the ability of the sonic echo (SE), impulse response (IR), and parallel seismic (PS) tests by using a field constructed prototype PC piles. The experimental results indicate that three approaches can successfully detect the approximate pile lengths, but the SE method provides the better ability on the defect detection comparing with two other methods. Furthermore, the pile length evaluated from the PS method is shown to increase with the increasing borehole but can be reduced after considering the length correction of the PS test, and then provide more conservative estimations on the pile length. Results of two correction approaches of the PS test also show that they can reduce the error of estimated pile length.
