營建技術創新方案產生模式之研究

A Model Used for the Generation of Innovative Construction Alternatives

摘要


營建技術創新是營建業競爭力之來源,可對企業與產業提供長遠之潛在效益。然而營建產業創新之程度較其他高科技產業緩慢。除因產業特性外,另一重要原因為目前尚缺乏一套有效之系統化技術創新方法。本研究提出一營建技術創新方案產生模式MUGICA,該模式為結合系統化創新流程STIP與自動化創新方法MAGIA之整合型模式,改善過去營建技術創新方法無系統化與自動化之問題。本文介紹MUGICA模式之架構,並透過兩項實際營建工程技術進行測試與驗證。得知MUGICA模式能改進營建技術創新時之效率與效益。最後並針對MUGICA之假設與限制進行討論,提出可持續發展之建議供參考。

Technology innovation has been an important source of competitiveness for individual construction firm and also providing the long term benefits for the industry. While compared with other hitech industries, construction industry is considered slower in technology innovation in the past decades partially due to the characteristics of the industry. Former researchers also pointed out that an important reason for the sluggish innovation is the lack of an effective approach for systematic technology innovation. This research proposes a new integrative Model Used for the Generation of Innovative Construction Alternatives (namely MUGICA) based on the formerly developed Systematic Technology Innovation Process (STIP) and the Model for Automated Generation of Innovative Alternatives (MAGIA) to tackle both the systematic and automated requirements of construction technology innovation. The framework of MUGICA is described in details. Two working technology innovation examples adopting MUGICA are tested and demonstrated. The testing result shows that the proposed MUGICA is able to improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of construction technology innovation compared with previous approaches. Assumptions, model limitations, as well as research recommendations following the current research are addressed at the end of the paper to provide reference for the future researchers.
