複合式非破壞檢測結合牛頓擺錘機構於防落石衝擊構材之消能評估

摘要


為減少落石災害,明隧道或落石棚為常用之落石防護工法,本研究為檢驗明隧道消能構材(發泡聚苯乙烯,EPS)之消能率,自行設計開發多功能牛頓擺錘衝擊試驗儀,結合接觸式與非接觸式量測系統,進行相關消能材料驗效之系列實驗;其中接觸式量測以荷重計、加速度計所組成,非接觸式量測則以光學影像分析技術為之。研究成果顯示,將實驗量測之衝擊力與加速度比對理論解,可得良好之驗證;而本研究所使用EPS密度為35 kg/m^3,試體尺寸為50 × 50 × 50 mm與75 × 75 × 75 mm之消能率分別為67%與72%。

To prevent the rockfall disaster, the Rock Shed with energy-absorbing system have been usually used. This study developed a new test method using Newton's Cradle apparatus coupled with contact and non-contact dynamic measuring systems to examine the energy-absorbing efficiency when Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) subjected to rockfall impact force. The contact measuring system was consisted of accelerometer and dynamic load cell, and the non-contact system was established using optical image analysis technique. The test results showed that the measured acceleration and impact force has a good agreement with that from theoretical solution. In addition, the energy-absorbing rate of 67% and 72% with respect to different test specimen size was investigated.
