改良RCM模型評估混凝土擴散係數

USING MODIFIED RCM TO DETERMINE THE DIFFUSION COEFFICIENT IN CONCRETE

摘要


為有效地評估海洋鹽害環境下之混凝土擴散係數,本研究分析NT Build 492 Rapid Chloride Migration test (RCM)試驗與貯鹽試驗之關係。另一方面,由於RCM試驗在比色法與理論模型存有些問題,試驗結果有較大之變異係數,因此本研究利用兩片法,繪製實際氯離子曲線圖,比較傳統理論模型與實際氯離子分布差異,更進一步提出新非穩態傳輸模型。改良RCM模型結果顯示:非穩態傳輸係數與擴散係數呈良好線性關係。

This study analyzes the relationship between NT Build 492 Rapid Chloride Migration test (RCM) and salt ponding test to assess the concrete diffusion coefficient in marine environment. In addition, NT Build 492 RCM has some problems in colorimetric method and theoretic model. The experimental results have a high coefficient of variation. Therefore, the two-sample method is used to determine the actual chloride profile. Comparing the RCM and chloride profile after RCM, it shows the difference between the traditional theoretic model and actual chloride profile. Therefore, the new migration model is developed in this study. The result of modified RCM model shows a good linear relationship existed between migration coefficient and diffusion coefficient.
