UAV應用於土木高架橋梁工程專案管理之研究

APPLYING UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE (UAV) IN THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF CIVIL ELEVATED BRIDGE ENGINEERING

摘要


土木高架橋梁工程其過程是緩慢而複雜,當工程管理人員需要對高架作業進行安全檢查以及施工品質查核,如能應用UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)無人飛行載具輔助工具,在於工程的生命週期中,將能有效提昇土木高架橋梁工程之整體工程品質及安全。本研究提出短期改善策略需於土木高架橋梁工程規劃設計階段,UAV輔助工具能辨識現場潛在風險及不利因素彙整,並據以提出適當工程計畫及避免額外的專案成本;中期改善策略為於土木高架橋梁工程施工階段,運用UAV輔助工具使管理階層,於工程進度、物料管理、品質管理、安全管理及後續營運管理等,使工程管理更為便利及成本估算更為精確;長期改善策略建議將UAV輔助工具於土木高架橋梁工程生命週期中,運用其特性及其後續發展,以提升及改善工程專案管理績效。

The civil works of the viaduct is time-consuming and complex. When the engineering management staff needs to conduct safety inspections and check the construction quality of the viaduct, if the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) can be used as auxiliary tools, the overall construction quality and safety of the viaduct will be considerably improved during the life cycle of the construction. For the short term strategy, during the planning and design stages of the viaduct construction, UAV auxiliary tools can identify potential risk on site and gather unfavorable factors. For the mid-term strategy, during the construction of the viaduct, use UAV auxiliary tools to help with the management level in the area of schedule control, material, quality and follow-up operation, to ensure easier management and more accurate estimate in cost. For the long term strategy, it is advised to use UAV auxiliary tools during the life cycle of the viaduct construction, and use its features and future development to enhance and improve the performance of project management.
