模矩建築及預鑄工法為營建業人口老化、缺工問題解決對策之一,但尚欠缺由建築設計端導入模矩設計,探討營建管理最佳工期及成本之研究。本研究運用Revit、Rhino、Grasshopper及Galapagos等軟體程式建模,並以離島偏鄉建築案例驗證參數設計運算模式之建構邏輯。經驗證在預鑄生產、運輸及組裝設定條件下,本研究模矩設計模式分析模矩單元型式、尺寸等設計參數,成功推演最佳模矩單元數量及切割組合,並獲得工期或成本最佳估值。此設計模式可改變參數設定,延伸應用其他建築,在模矩建築規劃階段迅速推算工期及成本估值,提高建築設計效率,對營建自動化發展有所助益。
This study takes the secondary quality assurance work of a steel structure factory as an example, develops a mobile device APP and builds a database big data analysis system framework without writing code, so as to achieve on-site inspection with mobile device electronic form, and the qualitative and quantitative data analysis results are stored in a cloud-based relational database. In addition to viewing the inspection results at any time and exporting them to the owner's standard form format, it can also connect to the cloud database, create big data analysis, view statistical reports with mobile devices, and visualize the latest construction site progress and quality, occupational safety and health and other management information. It is expected to provide the construction industry with a low-cost and low-information technology threshold method to fill in the results of construction inspection, occupational safety and health inspection, material testing and other results in electronic forms, and store them in the cloud database to provide practical e-based big data analysis feasible solution.
