扁蒲產量性狀之全互交分析

Diallel Analysis of Yield Traits in Bottle Gourd

摘要


以扁蒲的四個自交系及其全互交組合所得之十二個F1為材料,於1999年春作種植於高雄縣杉林鄉進行田間試驗,調查雌花始花天數、子房長、子房寬、果長、果徑、果髓徑、單果重及總果數等八個性狀,以Griffing方法1進行全互交分析。變方分析結果,八個調查的性狀均呈顯著。四個自交系及F1雜種中,在始花天數、子房長、子房寬、果長、果徑、果髓徑、單果重及總果數等八個性狀均有明顯差異;在始花天數上,以自交系A開花最晚且在總果數之產量最低。在F1雜種以A×C、C×B、C×D及D×C四個組合具有早熟且總果數多之表現。在始花天數、子房長及果徑等三個性狀GCA達顯著且具有正反交效應,故進行雜交時應慎選母本;總果數之表現只有GCA達顯著,且GCA/SCA之比值為11.31大於1,顯示為累加性基因所佔之比例較大。

Four inbred lines and their twelve single cross hybrids were evaluated for days to 1st female flower, ovary length, ovary diameter, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit's pith broad, fruit weight and total fruits in field studies conducted in spring of 1999.The combined analysis of variance for these traits indicated that the mean squares for genotype were significant. Analysis using Griffing's Method 1 indicated that general combining ability (GCA), specific combining ability (SCA) and reciprocal effects were significant for fruit length and fruit weught. Both additive and nonadditive component were responsible for the expression of these traits. Reciprocal effects of these traits were found, too. The GCA effect and reciprocal effect were significant for days 1st female flower, ovary length, fruit diameter. Since reciprocal effects were found, caution should be made for choosing inbreds as male or female parents.
