農業試驗改良場所訓練工作人員專業能力訓練需求之研究

The Study on Training Needs for Training Personnel of Agricultural Research Institute and District Agricultural Research and Extension Station in Taiwan

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討農業試驗改良場所主辦教育訓練人員應具備之專業能力及其訓練需求,研究採用問卷調查法。執行訓練工作之專業能力內容分為:需求分析、課程設計、課程發展、訓練執行、訓練評估等5大類,計31個項目。受訪者以農業試驗改良場所辦理教育訓練之工作人員共23位進行問卷調查,回收20份,回收率87%,統計分析採用SPSS軟體。回收問卷經整理後發現:一、受訪者大多未具備人力資源發展之素養或參加相關專業訓練。二、受訪者對整體之訓練需求順位以類別區分依次為:需求分析類、訓練執行類、課程發展類、課程設計類、訓練評估類。三、專業能力對訓練工作的重要性:以需求分析最重要,其次為課程發展。四、訓練需求之強度:以課程設計最強,其次為需求分析。五、受訪者對單元課程的需求強度:以受訓者的需求評估、需求分析的技巧及學習理論的應用最強。依據上述之研究發現,所歸納之結論及提出之建議,將可作為日後辦理訓練及後續研究之參考。

The main purpose of this study is to identify the posses of essential competencies and training needs of 23 training personnel in extension division of Agricultural Research Institute and District Agricultural Research and Extension Station. The researcher sent out 23 questionnaires and 20 of them were returned. The returning rate was 87%. SPSS was used to anaiyze data. The questionnaire for training personnel competencies included five parts: such as Analysis Training Needs, Courses Design, Courses Development, Implementation and Training Evaluation, with 36 items totally. The major findings of this study are: as follows1.The Respondents about 75% never professional training of Human Resource Development.2.The top competencies are: Analyzing training; Development courses.3.The top training needs are: Design courses; Analyzing training.4.The top training courses are: The skill in evaluating and analyzing of the learner needs; apply learning theory to training.Based upon the findings of this study, recommendations are made for training personnel and future research.
