不同液肥製作及棗田間運用

The study of the different kinds of nitrogenous liquid fertilizers and the application of jujube field

摘要


經簡易發酵製作而成的液態肥料,具快速吸收、提高品質及增加收穫量等特點。為了解不同材料製作之液態肥料對棗果實發育之影響,本研究開發不同種類之液肥,於棗果實膨大期進行田間灌注試驗,結果得知,果實膨大期補充液肥,可有效增進果實品質及提高產量,利用魚精及糖蜜簡易發酵之魚精液肥及由農業資材行購置之胺基酸液肥,棗果實膨大期施用可增加土壤有效氮及鉀含量;其中澆灌胺基酸液肥及魚精液肥可維持較高產量,而魚精及豆漿液肥後期果實偏小,故使用魚精及豆漿液肥時需增加澆灌次數,以維持果實品質;而供應魚精液肥之棗果實可提供較穩定品質,其次為豆漿液肥,而胺基酸液肥對可溶性固形物之提升較無幫助;豆漿液肥、魚精液肥及胺基酸液肥成本分別約為234元/0.1ha、4,020元及6,030元/0.1ha,液肥之開發,可提供棗植株養分吸收,有助提高果實品質,此液肥製作技術之建立將有效增進肥料利用效率,值得推廣運用以受惠於農民。

Three liquid fertilizers were manufactured in this study and applied in jujube field. The study aims to understand the properties of three nitrogenous liquid fertilizers. The liquid fertilizer application of jujube field was investigated. We obtained higher phosphorous, potassium, calcium and magnesium content in experiment soil applied three liquid fertilizer treatments. Applying fish essence liquid fertilizer in jujube field, we obtained the better quality of jujube fruit. The results demonstrate that applying fish essence liquid fertilizer and amino acid liquid fertilizer in jujube field have higher gain than that fertilizer treatment of soy milk liquid fertilizer. The application of liquid fertilizers in jujube field can improved quality of jujube fruit and gained a higher yield in jujube field.
