This is a sequel to the article, ”Realism and Idea of the 15th Century Western Paintings-a research based on early Netherlands and Renaissance paintings”, published in Arts Review, No. 15 (2004). The purpose of this assay is to invective the achievement of the High Renaissance paintings by analyzing a series of paintings respective to the evolution of zeigeist, the development of painting skill, and the change of views in realism and artistic value in order to induce characteristics of these paintings. Depicting the harmony of objects with their surrounding spaces and portraying the ideological visions of grandeur and perfection in human nature are the primary achievement of the High Renaissance paintings.
