摘要

血管新生已經被認為是癌症發生與進展最重要的機轉之一，也是癌症治療重要的標靶之一。然而，體內調控血管新生的機轉仍有許多未明之處。本文將介紹間質組織與源自骨髓的細胞參與血管新生的調控機轉，凝血栓蛋白一型的可能角色，以及致癌基因成癮與血管新生之間的關係。並簡介目前已經發展出來的血管新生抑制藥物。

Angiogenesis is considered as one of the most important pathways in carcinogenesis, thus the major target in cancer therapy. In this article we will discuss recent studies about the contribution of stroma and bone-marrow derived cells to the regulation of tumor angiogenesis, which provide new directions of novel anti-angiogenesis strategies. Also we will briefly discuss the current available anti-angiogenesis therapies.
