Rapidly Progression to Hepatic Failure in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
快速進行至肝衰竭之肝細胞癌
摘要
因肝細胞癌引起之Budd-Chiari症候群相當少見，我們報導一個病患因肝指數異常住院，發現有B型肝炎及肝細胞癌，同時併有下腔靜脈拴塞懷疑Budd-Chiari症候群；根據文獻報告，因肝細胞癌併有下腔靜脈或門靜脈阻塞在接受放射治療後平均可存活10個月，但我們的病患在診斷肝細胞癌兩個月內便因Budd-Chiari症候群快速進行至肝衰竭死亡。

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a rare cause of Budd-Chiari syndrome. We reported a case of HCC with direct invasion of the inferior vein cava and tumor thrombus growth to the right atrium. The median survival time of HCC with inferior vein cava and portal vein thrombosis after radiotherapy is 10 months. Unfortunately, our patient died 2 months later after diagnosis due to Budd-Chiari syndrome.
