Extrahepatic Metastasis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Mimicking an Incarcerated Inguinal Hernia
肝癌的肝外轉移以嵌頓性腹股溝疝氣來表現
摘要
The extrahepatic spread of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is uncommon. The most frequent location of extrahepatic metastasis is the lung, followed by the lymph nodes, bone and adrenal gland. We herein report on a 76-year-old woman with inguinal metastasis from HCC, which presented in a clinical picture similar to that of an irreducible inguinal hernia. This condition has not been previously reported in the English literature.

肝癌的肝臟外轉移並不常見，最常於見的肝外轉移器官是肺臟，其次是淋巴結、骨骼及腎上腺。我們描述一位76歲女性有肝癌細胞的鼠蹊部轉移，並且臨床上是以嵌頓性腹股溝疝氣來表現。如此的病例在目前的文獻中並無記載，本篇文章將針對此一病例討論診斷的方法及其他相關文獻的回顧。
