技職校院系科本位課程規劃探討-以修平技術學院化學工程與生物科技系爲例

摘要


學校系科本位課程的發展,可幫助各級技職校院培育職場中所需要人才,尤其是具有高度務實性與應用性之專家型人才,而技職教育是以培育實務性的人才為其主要目的,因此課程規劃更需要以系科本位課程的理念作規劃,使學生畢業離校時,即具備了就業基本能力而能順利就業,達成學校教育的理想願景。本文系對建立化學工程與生物科技系本位課程進行整體規劃時,試行瞭解進行本位課程規劃時的各種狀況與因應方法,首先使系課程委員會符合學校系科本位課程概念之要求,接著進行系科本位課程之建立,在學校行政系統的全力支援及全系教師的參與課程規劃下,完成化學工程與生物科技系系科本位課程的規劃。

The development of department-based curriculum can help technology institutes to raise the professional human resource that has highly practicality for the enterprise. The purpose of technological education is to raise practical human resource for the country. Therefore the curriculum planning of the technological schools should be based on the idea of department-based curriculum. When students graduate from the technological schools they will have the basic capability of job; that will be achieved the idea vision of school education. This research tries to understand the whole situation and solving methods in establishing the department-based curriculum. In the beginning curriculum-committee of the department should coincide the concept of department-based curriculum planning, and then all teachers try to establish department-based curriculum of the chemical engineering and biotechnology department. On the support of school administrative system and all of the teachers involve in the curriculum planning and finally establish the department-based curriculum.
