摘要

企業倫理研究通常分成規範與經驗兩個路徑，前者主要屬於哲學家的工作，後者則屬於社會科學家的工作。規範研究所關心的問題，主要為行為之應然問題，經驗研究則關注另一個問題，即被實踐的是（is）什麼行為，亦即對於真實世界各種行為現象進行敘述與說明。本文試圖由對兩個路徑在方法論上之初步反思，一方面指出，就兩個領域學者對於企業倫理研究之現況來看，其研究方法存在哪些差異以及其間存在哪些可能關係，另一方面，本文試圖指出，儘管兩個研究路徑存在方法論上的差異，但並非完全不可能有交集，認為兩者完全分離之主張，其本身在後果與運作上均不可能成立。
