羅光生命哲學的創化、發展與意義

羅光教授一生「立德、立功、立言」三不朽。尤其是他融通中國哲學與西洋哲學的會通觀點，輔之以士林哲學形上學為基礎的钜著《生命哲學》一書，不是以哲學講生命，而是以生命講哲學，生命的意義不是只為知識而知識以建構知識主體為滿足，而是還要透過心靈生命向外開展而認識宇宙世界，人的生命不是孤零零的個體，而是緊密的與自我及他人生命相連，最後是永恆的心靈生命給予宇留萬物一種真善美的意義和價值，顯示造物主的愛心。因此生命除了是道德主體、藝術主體、還是一種精神生命。本文的撰寫，即以中國哲學的觀念，研究羅師《生命哲學》所彰顯「志於道，據於德，依於仁，遊於藝。」的觀念與實踐，在生命之道與生命之器的變化之中，顯現變通之理，而成就人生的事業。

Professor Lokuang performed virtues, achieve distinctions, and leave worthy writings to posterity. He writes the great and valuable book ”Philosophy of Life”. Lokuang takes the common ideas after digesting and uniting both Chinese and Western philosophy and supplements with metaphysic. It is not a book describing life through philosophical views but presenting philosophy with life. The significance of life is not only for knowledge deriving and satisfied with constructing the knowledge itself but to expand outwards and consequently acquaint the universe through our spiritual life. The life of a human is intimately connected with others rather than solitary and isolated. At last, the love of Creator is revealed, since the eternal spiritual life gives all creations the true, good, and beautiful meaning and value. Therefore, life is moral, artistic, and also spiritual. Following the concepts of Chinese philosophy, this article researches the notions and practices of ”let the will be set on the path of duty; let every attainment in what is good be firmly grasped; let perfect virtue be accorded with; let relaxation and enjoyment be found in the polite arts,” which is shown Lokuang's work, ”Philosophy of Life”. It points out that the countermeasures would expose out in the changes of the way of life and the magnanimity the of life. So, human beings could accomplish his life after the lessons are learned.
