Third, traditional Chinese social philosophy is characterized by the moralism that stresses the cultivation of self, the golden mean that advocates harmony, the clear orientation toward femininity, and the practical reason that emphasizes the earthly world. Fourth, the traditional social philosophy is pluralistic in its values.
