摘要

關懷的本質是無條件的「愛」。靈性關懷的本質是以「我內心深處的愛的能量全然流向你的靈魂及靈魂的住所」，是「靈對靈的溝通與理解」，亦是一種生命核心的接觸，所觸及的是人類深層的苦痛根源，它的發生是自然流露的。唯有這種深層的苦痛被喚醒，並重新覺知的去面對它，經驗它，否則苦痛不會消失，療癒也不會發生。未全然面對與全然經驗的苦痛，就變成生命中的一種負荷，任何輕微的風吹草動，當類似情境出現時，能一觸即發，造成苦痛的加劇，及關懷的無效。靈性關懷之源並不在外，而在自身，唯有關懷自己，全然的愛自己，方有可能關懷他人及萬事萬物。本文僅如實的描述生命真相，大部分之內容皆為作者對生命的體悟。當讀者用「心」體會感受，並將這感受帶入意識內，即可洞見那創傷累累的自己。唯有洞見自己所經驗的苦痛，療癒才會發生；也唯有透過全然的接受、寬恕與愛自己，靈性關懷方在愛能量滿溢後自然流露。

The essence of care is unconditional ”love.” The essence of spiritual care is ”the energy of love flowing completely from the bottom of my heart to your soul and its abode” and ”the communication and understanding between two souls; spiritual care is also a sort of contact with the core of life that touches human beings' profound source of pains and happens naturally. The pains won't go away and the healing won't be possible unless such profound pains are awakened, faced and experienced with renewed awareness. The pains that are not wholeheartedly faced and experienced would become a burden to life, while any slight feeling of restlessness or any confrontation with similar situations will just aggravate the pains and nullify the care. The origin of spiritual care lies within oneself rather than anywhere else. It's impossible for you to care about other people, creatures or things unless you care about and love yourself completely. This article describes truthfully the reality of life, mostly the writer's understanding about living. As soon as the reader reads and feels it with his own ”heart” and then brings this feeling into his or her consciousness, he or she will have an insight of his or her battered self. You have to see truly the pains that you have experienced before you can be healed; and only through accepting, forgiving and loving oneself wholly, the spiritual care will function well after the energy of love overflows.
