摘要

家庭聯產承包責任制使生產單位變成了家庭，從而為親情在家庭生產與分配中發揮作用提供了條件，而親情使家庭成員超越利益算計，願意為家庭的和諧、繁榮與幸福作貢獻，於是提高了勞動積極性，從而提高了生產效率，所以，親情這種文化因素乃是責任制成功的關鍵。理解這一點，對於如何發掘影響我們的生活的活生生的而不是死去的民族文化並利用其正面因素大有裨益。

In household contract responsibility system, household was the basic production unit, which give chance for the family affections to play their roles in the process of household production and distribution. With family affections, family members were willing to neglect personal interest calculation under the aim of family harmoniousness, prosperity and happiness. In this way, both the enthusiasm of labor and production efficiency was elevated. Thererfore the culture factor of family affections is the key for the success of the responsibility system. An understanding of this point is helpful for us to discover the vividness aspects of our cultural traditions instead of a dying heritage.
