摘要

於本文中，筆者關注的是Michael Walzer的現代公民社會理論的重構過程。首先，筆者將探究Walzer政治學理論是否承繼亞里斯多德的策略或方法。其次，筆者將討論Walzer政治理論的核心概念，例如：「分離的藝術」、「複雜平等」、「商品理論」、「社會意義」與「薄與厚」等等。再則，筆者將透過文獻的歸納與分析，處理寬容概念的弔詭性問題，即：我們應該寬容不寬容者嗎？最後，筆者試圖回答「誰跟你是我們？」這個問題。

In this paper, I will consider the reconstruction process in Michael Walzer's theory of modern civil society. First, I will explore the question ”whether Walzer brings Aristotle's approach to his political theory.” Second, I will discuss Walzer's key theoretical concepts of ”complex equality,” ”art of separation,” ”social meaning” and ”thick and thin.” Third, through the analysis of the Walzer's essays, I will try to respond to Walzer's question: Should we tolerate the intolerant? Final, I'm trying to solve this problem: Who and you are known as we?
