摘要

為基督徒來說，祈禱是信仰的具體表達，與不可見之神聖關係的具現。在人神關係中，透過祈禱所表達的信仰表述著人與神之間的相互信實。祈禱不僅是維繫神人關係的主要方式，個人也透過祈禱經驗轉化。祈禱中的轉化如何發生？本文將從宗教心理學對於祈禱經驗的探究以及幾位臺灣基督宗教信徒的祈禱經驗來討論祈禱對於個人生命、經驗的影響，並討論祈禱的心理經驗如何成為人神關係的具現，包括人神關係的建立、祈禱的語言、自我轉化的過程，以及祈禱中神人關係的相互答覆。

For Christians, praying is the concrete expression of their faith and embodiment of the invisible relationship with divinity. In the relationship between human and god, the faith that is expressed through prayers describes the mutual relationship between man and god. Praying is not merely a major way to maintain the relationship between god and human but also a way for individuals to transform their experience. How does such a transformation occur in praying? Here we will discuss how praying affects one's life experience and how the mental experience of praying embodies the relationship between human and god, including the construction of such a relationship, the language of praying, the process of self-transformation and the mutual answering between human and god in praying.
