摘要

本文乃是個人在幼兒時期，經驗到父母面對憂傷和痛苦的生命處境，家人全心、全靈、全意、全力愛慕天主和相信天主的旨意，我們全家能偕同聖母和教會一起尋求天主的國，我們體驗到慈悲和寬仁的天主與我們同在，以及在一切事上賜給我們祂的愛和救恩，讓我們的生命充滿信心和希望。因而，個人意識到超棒的天主在生命之初，在自己微小的心靈中播下一粒愛的種子，使之成為一個助人者，我願意去陪伴心靈憂傷和痛苦的人，走過黑暗和死蔭幽谷，重見光命和希望。本文試著從不同的理論層面:心理學、宗教學、聖經、教會文獻等探討，並將諮商輔導之個人靈性輔導的看法與經驗分享。如此，相信天主愛我們，天主也藉著我們將祂的愛給予心靈需要愛的人，所有憂傷和痛苦的人，因著聖神的愛與治癒，能夠走過憂傷，心存盼望。

This article is about my experience of how my parents faced depression and pains when I was a little child. We as a family loved and believed the will of God whole -heartedly and sought His kingdom. We understood that God's kindness and tolerance were always with us. He gave us love and salvation and filled our lives with faith and hope. Therefore, I was aware that the omnipotent God sowed a seed of love in my young spirit and made me a helper, and I have been willing to company those who suffer from depression and pains to go through darkness and the valley of the shadow of death and see light and hope. Here I try to approach theoretically through psychology, theology, the Bible and church documents and share my opinions and experience about personal spiritual counseling. I believe that God loves us and gives his love to those who are in need of love. With the Holy Spirit's love and healing, the depressed and pained can be healed and bestowed with hope.
