居住倫理研究引論

作為人類重要的生命活動與價值活動，居住包含著豐富的文化倫理意蘊。當代中國的居住問題日益突顯，居住倫理研究的目的就在於以倫理道德視角關注居住生活，揭示居住行為的倫理內涵，探索合理的居住價值觀與居住行為準則，以建構一個理性健康的居住方式，形成良好的居住風尚。研究從四個維度展開：其一，居住生命倫理，主要研究居宅及居住生活的品質對於生命的保存、發展和完善的倫理價值內涵；其二，居住交際倫理，研究圍繞居住形成的家庭、鄰里和社區等人際交往的倫理規範；其三，居住公共倫理，研究居住公共領域中應當遵循的道德規範，以及公共設施與建築文化所反映出的對居民、人際交往和社會風尚有著直接影響的價值觀念。其四，居住環境倫理，研究居住生活必需的自然環境對於塑造人性和人生的倫理功能，以及人們在處理居住與自然環境的關係中應當遵循的理念和基本行為規範。

As a most important human life activity and the value one, living contains rich cultural, ethical implications. In contemporary China, The residential problem is becoming sharper and sharper, by the way of ethical perspective, the research on living ethics goals to focusing on residential life, opening ethicality of residential behavior, and exploring a reasonable living value and behavior standards, which to construct a rational and healthy living style, and form a good residential habits. The research carries out from four dimensions in order: firstly, the residential life ethic, which mainly studies the meanings of ethical value that is contained in the house and living quality for the preservation, development and perfection of life; secondly, the residential communicative ethic, which in detail deliberates these ethical norms of interpersonal communication such as family, neighborhood and community formed around dwelling; thirdly, the residential public ethic, which discusses these moral rules that should be followed in the public sphere of living, and what public facilities and architectural culture are reflecting on valuable trends, directly influences on residents, interpersonal and social fashion; lastly, the residential environmental ethic, which researches on the ethical functions of indispensable natural environment for living, to shape human nature and life, and people should adhere to conception and basic behavior norms while dealing with the relationship between the living and the natural environment.
