以社會秩序為基礎探討婚姻家庭價值與夫妻忠誠義務

婚姻制度於人類社會中存在已久，透過一定儀式而締結婚約、組成一個新的家庭，建立人倫秩序並架構群體社會，舉凡人我分際、親疏遠近、人倫綱常等均以婚姻家庭為核心而依次建立、展開並延續。這種延續形成了社會體系，為了維繫社會、穩定秩序，因而透過社會秩序的約束守護婚姻、家庭關係的重要性，並以婚姻、家庭關係的健全保障社會秩序存續的基礎。本文從此基礎中，首先探討社會秩序對婚姻家庭的影響，建構婚姻家庭的定義、其次本文亦針對夫妻忠誠義務對社會秩序的影響進行探討，最後，本文提出對於婚姻教育制度的建議與婚前教育的看法，從預防勝於治療的角度，進而協助婚姻家庭，以期達成穩定社會秩序之基石。

Marriage exists in human society for a long time, and marriage celebrates through a necessary ceremony, then to build a new family, to establish the ethical order and the structure of society. Marriage includes interpersonal relationships, the degree of kinship and a code of ethics. They are all be established, developed and continued with marriage and family as the core. This has formed a social system, in order to maintain society and stabilize order. Therefore, marriage requires regulations to protect the importance of marriage and family relationships. This ensures the country of social order by a sound integrity of marriage and family relations. From this fundamental point of view, this article will first discuss the impact of social order on marriage and family, and the definition of building marriage and family. Secondly, this article will also discuss duty of faithfulness to the social order. Advices will be given at the end of this article on the marriage education system and premarital education. In order to prevent marital infidelity, there will be some proposals on how to assist marriage and family, with the aim of achieving a stable fundamental of social order.
