儒家倫理思想現代轉型的獨特路徑及其生成依據—以韋政通為中心之考察

儒家倫理的現代轉型問題是幾代學者共同關注的主題，韋政通終其一生關注並致力於此問題的研究，發展出了具有自己獨特風格的研究路徑，也獲得了相當重要的研究成果。他以現代生活的實際為視角，採取「認同（深入）－－批判－－展望」模式，進行「現代而又中國」的出路探尋。具體表現為：通過深入傳統、直探心魂尋求認同；進一步經由「兩面攝取與雙向批判」反省傳統；最後以創造轉化路徑為儒家倫理的現代轉型探尋出路並走向未來。此種轉型路徑的生成依據在於：第一，邊際學者身份使其對待傳統倫理的立場與態度合乎中道；第二，異於常人的研究方法和科學客觀的認知批判視野；第三，獨特的研究視角使其對儒家倫理研究持論平和。因此，無論是其對儒家倫理的批判還是出路探尋，都是我們重新認識和思考傳統儒家倫理及其現代轉化的重要參照。

The modern transformation of Confucian ethics is a common concern of several generations of scholars. Wei Zhengtong has been concerned and devoted himself to the study of this issue for a long time, and has developed a research path with his own unique style. Meanwhile, he also obtained quite important research results. Taking the reality of modern life as the angle of view, he adopts the mode of ＂identification (in-depth)-criticism-outlook＂ to explore a ＂modern and Chinese＂ way out. The specific manifestations are as follows: seeking identity through going deep into the tradition and penetrating into the soul; then reflecting on the tradition through ＂dual uptake and bidirectional criticism＂; finally, exploring the way out for the modern transformation of Confucian ethics through the creation-transformation path and heading for the future. There are three reasons for this unique research path: first, his unique marginal scholar status makes his stance and attitude towards traditional ethics in line with the middle way; second, he has a good command of the unique research method and is in possession of a scientific and objective cognitive critical vision; third, his unique research perspective makes him hold a fair view on Confucian ethics research. Both his criticism of Confucian ethics and his exploration of the way out are important references for us to re-understand and reconsider the traditional Confucian ethics and its modern transformation.
