This paper takes the Zongjing Lu as the core text and, through a creative interpretation and transformation approach, explores the insights of the Mahayana Buddhist understanding of the nature of mind and its inspiration for contemporary life education. The research findings reveal that the Mahayana Buddhist view of the nature of mind can address the issues of "human studies exploration," explain the principles of "spiritual cultivation," and demonstrate the methods and effects of "spiritual cultivation." Therefore, the path of mind and nature realization in Mahayana Buddhism indeed provides spiritual nourishment for contemporary life education, responding to the need for "awareness of the mind" as the "inner clarity" required in life education.
