摘要

台灣地區都市及區域規劃與研究資料文獻目錄的彙整，是個亟需進行的工作。台灣大學土木工程研究所都市計畫研究室在過去地兩年內，會先後完成了「台灣地區都市計畫歷程資料文獻目錄」及「台灣地區區域科學資料文獻目錄」的整理。本文的內容是其後續研究，主要目的在於繼續發展資料電腦化的查詢系統。文章的重點乃針對這兩個工作經驗，整理出如何由系統、有效率之方式進行資料收集與調查，並對資料之分類系統作一初步之探討。
本文分爲三大部份，第一部份爲研究緣由與目的。第二部份爲專業資料收集範圍、調查方式及對資料庫的內容作一簡略的分析。第三部份說明專業資料分類的目的、原則，以及嘗試用關鍵語重組、歸納等方式，建立資料的分類表示作檢討。

In recent years, to investigate, collect, and classify existing data related to urban and regional planning and research has become a very important task to be engaged in. The Studio of Environ-mental Planning and Design in the National Taiwan University had accomplished two studies in-response to this mission in last two years.
The contents of the paper mainly illustrate some important features of the studies and one method to establish a data classification table. The paper is divided into three parts: Part Ⅰ, to de-scribe the study purposes; Part Ⅱ， to introuduce the; mean used in collecting and investigating the professional data of urban and regional planning and to briefly analyze the contents of the data base; part Ⅲ to explore the purposes and principles.
