本文內容係針對《國立台彎大學建築與城鄉研究學報》第八期所刊登林享博與錢志偉共同發表＜競標方法應用於廢棄物處理設施區位選定的研究＞一文，所作的討論與批評。作者認爲林＆錢文本身引用實證結果詮釋原理論模型時，存在若干疏失，本文目的即爲指出其中缺失所在。

The contents of this paper are comments on Lin & Chien's Article ＜An Experiment of Auction in Determining the Plant Location of a Waste Disposal Facility＞ in NO.8 of this journal. The author regards Lin & Chien's Article exists some misunderstandings between their positive results and original economic model. The purpose of this article is to point out these misunderstandings.
