以保存之名:上海工業遺產再利用的初期觀察

In the Name of Conservation: A Preliminary Observation on the Reuse of Industrial Heritage in Shanghai

摘要


本文的研究對像是上海的工業遺產與創意產業集聚區。在全球經濟化進程下,上海進行了國營企業私有化及產業結構轉型的調整,因此導致了大量閒置空間的出現。在國家經濟政策的主導下,大量工業遺產被開發為創意產業集聚區,但由於保存政策及文化政策的匱乏,工業遺產被當作空間商品加以出售,使得創意產業集聚區變成房地產開發商品。基於此一現象,有必要對全球化形勢下的工業遺產提出新想像,為塑造未來上海城市的空間形式提供可能性。最後,作者提出反思,分析全球化所改變的國家與社會關係,以及如何透過公共空間的建立使二者得以進行對話,這也是工業遺產保護與創意產業集聚區設置意義之所在。

This article's research target is Shanghai's industrial heritage and Creative Industries Agglomeration Districts. In the economy globalization process, Shanghai has carried out state enterprises' privatization and the industrial restructuring adjustments, and thus led to large numbers of idle space. Under the national economic policies, a large number of industrial heritages agglomeration districts have been developed for the Creative Industries Agglomeration Districts, but the lack of preservation and cultural policies, industrial heritages are treated as space commodities for sale, making the Creative Industries Agglomeration Districts to become real estate development products. Based on this phenomenon, it is necessary to have a new proposal for the industrial heritage in the context of globalization in order to shape Shanghai's future space and offer a different possibility. At the end, the author reflects on how globalization changed the relationship between state and society, and how the public space can be created to establish the dialogue between the two, which is where the significance for industrial heritage protection and Creative Industries Agglomeration Districts lies.
