Phenols from the Aerial Parts of Leonurus sibiricus

From methanolic extract of the aerial parts of Leonurus sibiricus var. albiflora Miquel, two new phenols, yimunoside A (1) and yimunol A (2), were isolated together with eight known compounds including 4-hydroxythiophenol (3), syringic acid (4), apigenin (5), luteolin-7-methylether (6), genkwanin (7), isoquercitrin (8), rutin (9), and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (10). Their structures were established on the basis of spectral evidence.
