熱交換冷卻管在海水環境中之腐蝕問題及防蝕方法
The Corrosion Problems and Corrosion Prevention Methods of Heat Exchanger Tubes in Seawater Environment
摘要
採用受污染海水爲冷卻水的熱交換器冷卻管之腐蝕問題通常都比預期的要嚴重。但是，如果能夠根據現場所使用之海水品質，對材料作適當的選擇，並採取適合的防蝕措施，則可減少許多冷卻管的腐蝕以及破損問題的產生。因此本文將介紹幾種常用的冷卻管材質的腐蝕問題及防蝕方法，作爲材質選用以及防蝕措施的參考。

The pollution of river estuaries and harbors has markedly increased corrosion problems of heat exchanger cooler tubes using seawater as cooling water. Many premature failures could beavoided if the materials of cooler tubes are more carefully selected and appropriate corrosion prevention mathods are adopted according to the seawater quality. This paper discusses the corrosion problems and coorosi on prevention methods of commonly used cooler tubes, and is to be used as a reference for material selection and corrosion prevention.
