提高混凝土耐久性骨材品控之策略研究

Strategic Study on the Quality Control of Aggregate for Improving the Durability of Concrete

摘要


骨材在混凝土中佔有約70%左右之體積比,近代材料的科學研究結果,骨材已由以往被認為是填充料轉成為主要架構材料,如高性能混凝土高強度的主要來源,因此骨材的良窳對於混凝土性質有舉足輕重的影響。本研究即針對骨材的特性及品質好壞對混凝土性質可能影響作驗證。結果顯示:骨材性質(如級配、吸水率、有害物質、耐久性)及顆粒堆積對混凝土之耐久性有相當程度的影響,如要產製優質的高性能混凝土,選用潔淨粗砂及碎石,配合緻密配比,將是提高高性能混凝土耐久性的必要策略。

The aggregate holds about 70% volume proportion in concrete. The results of scientific research in modem times, the aggregate has transformed to the main skeleton that used to be deemed as a filler, such as a main source of high strength of high performance concrete, as aresult, the quality of the aggregate plays a critical role in the quality of concrete. This research aims at verfying the characteristics of aggregate and the quality that will probably affect the quality of concrete. The result shows that the nature of aggregate (such as gradation, absorption capacity, deleterious substances, durability) and the granular has a quiet critical effect on the durability of concrete. In case to produce high performance concrete, using clean coarse sand and crashed stone, operating with densified-mixture design algorithm will be the necessary strategy to enhance the durability of High Performance Concrete.
