TAICON混凝土腐蝕行為及耐久性評估指標之研究

摘要


以往評定混凝土的品質常常以強度為依據,但是強度高並未必代表耐久性佳;混凝土的耐久性係指於使用年限內其物理特性與力學性質未發生嚴重劣化,並能維持結構物安全。本研究利用電化學之開路電位法、直流極化法及交流阻抗法探討TAICON混凝土中鋼筋的腐蝕行為;此外並進行各項試驗其中包括抗壓強度、吸水率、快速氯離子滲透試驗(RCPT)、氯離子擴散試驗及混凝土電阻試驗等探討高性能混凝土的耐久性。結果顯示混凝土試體抗壓強度與快速氯離子滲透試驗之電流量無明顯關聯性;但利用快速氯離子滲透試驗(RCPT)、氯離子擴散試驗與鋼筋腐蝕試驗可評估其耐久性。

The object of this study is to investigate the corrosion behavior of high performance concrete (TAICON) and set up the durability criteria. Open-circuit potential method, DC polarization method and AC impedance were applied to measure rebar corrosion. In addition, the compressive strength, absorption rate, rapid chloride penetration test (RCPT) and chloride ion diffusion test were performed. Test results show that no significant relation exists between the concrete compressive strength and charge passed. RCPT and chloride ion diffusion test may be applied to assess the concrete durability besides rebar corrosion rate measurement.
