機械球磨填料對2205雙相不銹鋼真空硬焊件耐蝕性之影響

Effect of Mechanical Milled Filler Powder on the Corrosion Resistance of Vacuum Brazed Joints for 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel

摘要


本研究以機械球磨進行配製不同元素比例的硬焊金屬填料粉末,進行UNS31803(2205)雙相不銹鋼的真空硬焊,並進行焊件腐蝕試驗,以獲得金屬填料粉末與2205雙相不銹鋼基材之腐蝕性質相近的焊接件。配製之填料粉末是採用商用BNi-3粉末配合不同比例之Cr2N粉末,以機械球磨法製成。由實驗得知2205雙相不銹鋼基材的腐蝕重量損失隨著冷卻速率降低而增加。而硬焊件會因填料造成伽凡尼效應提升腐蝕之重量損失,但BNi-3填料粉末,添加微量的合金元素(N、Cr)球磨後,可以降低其相變化溫度,並提升2205雙相不銹鋼硬焊件的抗腐蝕性。

The purpose of this study is to produce the brazing filler powders with different alloying compositions by mechanical milling. Duplex stainless steel plates were vacuum brazed by using the milled powder and their brazed joints were proceeded to the corrosion test. The partial amorphous powders were obtained by mechanical alloying (MA) from the mixture powders of BNi-3 and Cr2N. The weight loss of brazed joint using mechanical alloyed powder is smaller than that of brazed joint using the 3-hour milled BNi-3 powder.
