摘要


本研究探討鋯基塊狀非晶質材料(Zr-30Cu-10Al-5Ni)在空氣環境中300-500℃之氧化行為。研究結果顯示非晶質合金之腐蝕動力學在300℃為直線型定律,350-425℃為遵守拋物線型定律且氧化速率隨溫度上升呈現相對下降的趨勢,但500℃呈現複雜而不規則氧化行為,此外,非晶質合金氧化後生成的氧化物在300℃皆為正方晶之ZrO2,當溫度T≥350℃時,以正方晶結構之ZrO2為主,單斜晶之ZrO2和CuO次之。

The oxidation behavior of the Zr-based bulk amorphous alloy (BMG;Zr-30Cu-10Al-5Ni in at.%) was studied in dry air over the temperature range 300-500℃. The kinetics results indicated that the amorphous alloy oxidized linearly at 300℃, while the parabolic oxidation was observed at 350~425℃, and the oxidation behavior at 500℃ was irregular and complicated. In general, the scales formed on the surface of the amorphous alloy were temperature-dependent, consisting of tetragonal-ZrO2 at 300℃, and of mostly tetragonal-ZrO2 as well as minor amounts of monoclinic-ZrO2 and CuO at T≥350℃.
