氧化劑對316不銹鋼在 H2SO4+HF 混酸溶液中之腐蝕速率影響研究

摘要


本研究主要探討氧化劑對316SS 在 H2SO4 + HF 水溶液中之腐蝕行為的影響。利用浸漬腐蝕試驗及電化學試驗評估不同氧化劑對3 16SS在 H2SO4+HF 酸溶液中腐蝕速率之影響。浸漬實驗結果指出,316SS在 1.53 M H2SO4+0.25M HF 酸液中隨著氧化劑〔Fe(superscript 3+)、H2O2〕的添加其重量損失有減緩的趨勢。但是,在 1.53 M H2SO4+1.5 M HF 酸液中,腐蝕速率則隨著氧化劑的添加而增大。另外由動電位極化曲線結果可知,316SS於 H2SO4+ HF 酸液之鈍態電流密度隨著 HF 濃度增加而隨之變大;且腐蝕電位也因氧化劑之添加而有所提升。

Effect of oxidizing agents on the corrosion rate of 316SS in H2SO4+HF solution was investigated. Immersion and electrochemical tests were conducted to evaluate the corrosion behavior of 316SS in H2SO4+ HF aqueous solution containing different oxidizing agents [Fe(superscript 3+)、H2O2] . Experimental results indicated that the corrosion rate Was retarded With the presence of oxidizing agents in 1.53 M H2SO4+0.25 M HF aqueous solution. While increasing the concentration of HF to 1.5 M, the corrosion rate was accelerated by adding oxidizing agents. The potentiodynamic polarization curves showed that the passive current density increased with increasing concentration of HF , and the corrosion potential was raised by adding the oxidizing agents in H2SO4+HF solution.
