紅外線熱影像分析在隧道襯砌結構非破壞檢測之應用

Quality Evaluation of Tunnel Lining by Using Infrared Thermography

摘要


本研究係探討以紅外線熱影像分析技術來評估隧道襯砌之品質。研究結果顯示隧道襯砌之裂縫、空洞等瑕疵,透過紅外線探測與比對色階,可判斷出其位置、大小與範圍。經實地檢測高雄市西子灣隧道和高雄縣大關山隧道,發現隧道襯砌之孔洞與裂縫部位,其紅外線熱影像溫度差異變化大於沒有孔洞裂縫之襯砌。隧道襯砌之紅外線熱影像溫差大於3℃區域為有缺陷部位,溫差較低區域則為完好之隧道襯砌。

The objective of this research is to make the quality evaluation of tunnel lining by using infrared thermography. In-site studies are carried out at the Kaohsiung Hiziwan tunnel and the Daguan mountain tunnel to evaluate the quality of tunnel lining. The results of the studies show that the size, length, and scope of tunnel lining crack can be identify by infrared thermography images. If the temperature difference between normal and damaged tunnel lining is more than 3℃, the thermography image is clear.
