摘要


本文內容主要在探討使用於氧氣工場輸送液態氧之閥門,其內部表面損壞之原因。研究方法包括目視檢查、SEM/EDS、XRD分析,並輔以不銹鋼敏化試驗及油漬萃取與成分分析技術,綜合分析不銹鋼閥門之材質劣化原因。分析結果顯示,閥門內部殘留有含碳之污染物,在高壓純氧下起火燃燒並產生高熱及高溫,造成不銹鋼材閥門內部表面發生高溫氧化作用。同時提出預防及改善對策給予使用單位參考,以期減少意外事件之發生。

The fundamental causes determining the failure of valve used for transmission of liquid oxygen in oxygen plant. Visual inspection, SEM/EDS, XRD, oxalic acid etch test, oil extraction technique and oil composition analysis were undertaken determine the causes of the failed valve. The failure of the valve was found to be attributable to carbon contamination. The carbon contamination was susceptible to ignition and burn in the presence of pure oxygen. Subsequently, the oxidation at elevated temperature of the valve occurred. Also, Recommendations for prevention are also suggested.
