摘要


本研究係以含有飽和直鏈之四級胺化合物為腐蝕抑制劑,對在不同溫度鹽酸下之低碳鋼進行酸洗,由結果評估不同結構之四級胺化合物在不同酸洗條件下之抑制率。本研究以重量損失法研究酸洗抑制效率,發現抑制效率和酸洗條件及抑制劑結構有密切關係;當適當調整抑制劑化學結構時,可具有較良好的腐蝕抑制效率。

This research is focused in the Quarternary Ammonium Compounds used as Pickling Corrosion Inhitors at different pickling temperature in hydrochloric acid solution. Weight Loss Method is used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition efficiency. It was found that the inhibition efficiency was related with pickling conditions and structure of the inhibitors. When the suitable inhibitor is chosen, the better inhibition efficiency can be expected.
