摘要


本研究探討含三種不同矽含量(1, 3, 6Si)之鐵矽碳三元合金,在600~1000℃空氣下之氧化行爲。研究結果顯示,三種合金之氧化動力學呈現不規則趨勢,但氧化增重變化量皆隨溫度上升而增加;然而6Si合金之抗氧化性明顯優於其他合金。氧化後,三種合金主要生成氧化鐵(Fe2O3/Fe3O4),並在氧化物內層有氧化鐵矽(Fe2SiO4)或氧化矽的富集區域生成。

Effect of Si-content on the oxidation of three Fe-Si-C alloys containing 1Si, 3Si and 6Si was studied in dry air at 600~1000℃. The oxidation kinetics generally revealed complex and irregular in all cases, although the overall weight-gain data increased with increasing temperature. It was found that the 6Si-alloy exhibits the superior oxidation-resistance, as compared to the lower Si-content alloys. The scales formed on all alloys were composed of mostly Fe2O3/Fe3O4, while minor amounts of Fe2SiO4-or SiO2-enriched zone were observed in the scale/substrate interface.
