花蓮港碼頭主體設施調查與評估之研究

摘要

花蓮港位居臺灣東部，瀕臨太平洋，每年夏、秋兩季常有颱風襲擊，加上地震頻繁，碼頭主體設施受波浪衝擊、地震力作用及海水鹽分侵襲，甚易損壞或腐蝕。為確保碼頭設施正常運作，提升維護管理效能與掌握設施現況，本文特對該港碼頭，進行岸上目視調查、非破壞性檢測與現況評估。目視調查發現數座R.C.碼頭有混凝土剝落、內部鋼筋腐蝕外露，鋼板樁碼頭其鋼板樁表面銹蝕破裂。依非破壞性檢測數據評估，碼頭混凝土品質仍符合設計要求，內部鋼筋腐蝕斷裂機率偏高，鋼板樁無法倖免腐蝕侵襲，應加強後續監測及檢測頻率。

Hualien harbor locates at eastern part of Taiwan and on the brink of Pacific Ocean. There are many typhoons during summer and autumn seasons, earthquakes and huge wave attacking harbor facilities, which could cause seriously damages. For assuring the normal operation of harbor wharf, escalating maintenance with efficient management and realizing actual current situations for all the wharfs at harbor area were under field investigated and evaluated.
