新型滾筒碴水泥砂漿耐久性能之研究

Study of Durability Property of Composite Cement Mortar Containing Baosteel Slag Short Flow

摘要


隨著時代的變遷與經濟的發展,我國對鋼鐵的需求日漸增加,而煉鋼之過程伴隨而來的是工業廢棄物,如能有效的處置,以降低二氧化碳的排放量,使之成為再生綠色建材而達到環保的效益已更為重要。本研究係以不同水膠比,配合爐石粉與通過四號篩之滾筒碴,依不同比例取代水泥及天然砂製作複合型水泥砂漿,探討其耐久性質。結果顯示電阻值會因滾筒碴取代量之增加而提高,其它取代量比控制組提高1.02~1.58倍,表示取代量增加時試體就越緻密,其電流就越不易通過,因此電阻值越高,表示有較佳之耐久性能。而滾筒碴含有游離氧化鈣,因此新型滾筒碴水泥砂漿之膨脹量則會隨著滾筒碴取代量的提升而增加。

As the development of economy and the changing of times, the steel demand of our country has increased. However, industrial wastes produced during the smelting process have become a problem to the environment. In order to reduce CO_2 emission, it is important to recycle the smelting wastes and reproduce them into green materials. In this study, different water-to-binder ratios, with slag and Baosteel slag short flow passing by No. 4 sieve, have been used to make the composite cement mortars with different replacement ratios of cement and natural sand. The effect of Baosteel slag short flow on the durability of the composite cement mortar was discussed in this study. The results show that the resistance of the composite cement mortar increased as the amount of the ballast roller substitution increased, which is 1.02 to 1.58 times of the one without ballast roller substitution. The higher resistance implies that the better durability due to the composite cement mortar with ballast roller substitution was more compact. It is also found that baosteel slag short flow contains f-CaO, therefore, the expansion of composite cement mortar increased as the amount of ballast roller substitution increased.
