This is a review of principal feature of the global climate during last year (1990).The records concerning with the world wide climate are mainly come from1) The facsimile of JMH from Japan Meteorolgical Agency.2) The synoptic weather chart from Central Weather Bureau3) The mass media printed in papers.These materials show that we have very complicated climate all over the world during last year. So far as Taiwan is concerned, there are four typnoons visited here, the earliest one in middle May and the latest in early September.
