Fiberoptic Endoscopic Nasotracheal Intubation – The Application to Difficult Intubation
摘要
以纖維光束內視鏡經鼻腔氣管內管插管術是處理口腔無法正常張開及頸椎關節僵直病人麻醉插管的一種方法，因可直視口咽部的解剖位置，增加插管成功率，減少盲目插管時的創傷、不適感、心臟血管的反應及併發症，對於困難插管的病人，本法提供困難插管時的另一項選擇。

Fiberoptic endoscopic nasotracheal intubation is one of the method applied to difficult intubation. This method can directly look through the anatomy of oropharynx and increase the successful rate of intubation. It can also reduce the incidence of complications, such as bleeding, laryngeal edema, hypertension and tachycardia.
