先天性皮膚念珠菌病－病例報告
Congenital Cutaneous Candidiasis - A Case Report
摘要
先天性皮膚念珠菌病是種罕見的疾病。大多數病例是在出生時或出生後12小時內發現皮膚病變，主要是以漸進性的丘診、膿疱或水疱來表現。除了皮膚的變化以外，病人沒有其他的臨床表徵。通常給予局部抗黴菌藥物即可治療，是種預後良好的疾病。

Congenital cutaneous candidiasis is a rare disease. The skin lesions, expressed as progressive changes through papules to pustules or vesicles, are found immediately or within 12 hours after birth in the majority of cases. There is no other symptom or sign except dermatic changes. Therapy consists of topical antifungal agents. This disease carries a well prognosis.
