閒接性頸動脈海綿竇瘻管－病例報告
Indirect Carotid-Cavernous Fistula - A Case Report
摘要
間接性頸動脈海綿竇瘻管(Indirect CCF)為原因不明的自發性動靜脈瘻管(arteriovenous fistula)。病人由於臨床上難耐的症狀而求診，血管攝影為唯一的確實診斷；可見硬腦膜支配的血管與海綿竇有直接交通而造成海綿竇的顯影。由於血管導管與栓塞劑的改良，大部分的病可經由栓塞術(embolization)而獲得全域或症狀改善。我們最近經歷了一個典型的病例，經血管攝影正確診斷出並加以栓塞而獲得成功。

ndirect carotid-cavernous fistula is not uncommon disease, but the etiology is not well known. The clinical manifestations of patient include intolerable exophthalmos, ophthalmoplegia, diplopia, bruit and che-mosis. Angiography provides the defintie diagnosis. Most of the patient can treated sucessfully under em-bolization. Recently we experienced a cese that was treated by embolization with excellent result.
